I am planning to hold a “Mastering the Unpredictable” session on the morning of Friday, July 2 in Shin-Yokohama, Japan. This free event will consist of a presentation/overview on the subject of Adaptive Case Management followed by an open discussion on any BPM/Case Management topic. We are still working out details on the location — so check back here — but the date is fixed, so mark your calendars!
